Easy four-ingredient Mint Aero fudge with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, condensed milk and Mint Aero!<\/h2>\n

Mint Aero mad!<\/h3>\n

So it’s obvious that I love a bit of Mint Aero. Like… there are quite a few recipes on my blog already such as my Mint Aero drip cake<\/a>, no-bake Mint Aero cheesecake<\/a> and more, and I just couldn’t resist another.<\/p>\n

This is something I have made for a little while since a friend of mine (Kelly) made some and said she was inspired by me… and I was like I MUST MAKE SOME NOW. So I did, and I’m obsessed.<\/p>\n

Chocolates<\/h3>\n

I’ve made it several times over, all with different chocolates. The first time, just milk chocolate, and it was delightful. The second with just dark chocolate, and it was wonderful. The times after that? Half and half and it was perfect.<\/p>\n

You can choose which way to go, or even try white chocolate, but obviously it’s up to you. I just adore the combination of part milk and part dark as I don’t like it overly sweet all the time, and not overly bitter.<\/p>\n

The good thing about using dark chocolate and milk chocolate is that you get the best set. Annoyingly, white chocolate can be softer set so the fudge ends up being a bit sticky which no-one wants. <\/p>\n

Icing sugar<\/h3>\n

When I posted this recipe I used icing sugar. This was to reduce the amount of chocolate you needed, but it works with and without. It’s up to you, and it does take a bit of welly, but beating in the sieved icing sugar is good and it makes the mixture so thick.<\/p>\n

I decided when I updated the recipe (June 2022) that I would take away the icing sugar to reduce the amount of ingredients you needed to make it easier – but this did mean increasing the quantity of chocolate slightly.<\/p>\n

Originally I used 250g each, now I use 300g each!<\/p>\n

Mint aero<\/h3>\n

Mixing in the Aero pieces after is a bit of a struggle if you use a bowl that is too small, so make sure you use one that is big enough! I have made this a fair amount of times and had a mess plenty of times. <\/p>\n

As you can see, mine is speckled all over with Mint Aero pieces and crumbs, and I potentially went a little crazy with the Mint Aero… but I just love it. Honestly, I love it. When it’s on offer I always stock up, and I can’t wait to make a version of this with the Orange Aero next week.. Yum!<\/p>\n

I cut mine up into inch size pieces as you don’t need a lot of it, and it easily lasts for a long time in the fridge. I hope you love it as much as I do! Enjoy! <\/p>\n
